After your session has completed and you have Marked the session as completed it will be available in the Past Sessions section of T4W. Click the Past Sessions tab located along the top of the Dashboard.
The Past Sessions window will be display as shown below. Click on the Recipe Name from the list on the left to access that session and the Recipe Details will be shown on the left. You can make changes to the Original Gravity (OG), Final Gravity (FG) as well as the Brewer and Assistant Brewer’s name and the Recipe Source.
Above the recipe details you will see tabs for different sections of the recipe and fermentation. Clicking on the Ingredients Tab will allow you to see the recipe’s ingredients provided you associated a BeerXML recipe file with the session.
The Water Profile tab shows the water profile from the BeerXML recipe or you can add the profile you used on this screen.
Fermentation allows you to record the number of days in the primary, secondary and tertiary as well as the temperatures for each of them. You can also add the bottling / keg information on this screen.
Also on the Fermentation tab you will see a Tilt session tab while allows you to view the session graphs.
The Carbonation tab allows you to view the BJCP carbonation guide lines for the beer provided this was in the BeerXML recipe file. You can also record the way you carbonated the beer (Forced or Priming Sugar) and then type of sugar and carbonation temperature.
The Notes & Ratings tab allows you to record all kinds of information about the beer with lots of sections for different notes.
The Past sessions allows you to print a Brewer’s log for this session and contains several report types to choose from as seen below:
